These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Synte AI ("we," "us," or "our"), operated as a sole proprietorship. By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice within the Services. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.
SERVICES
Synte AI provides a web-based interface enabling users to interact with multiple AI language models (including Claude, GPT-4o, Gemini, and Groq) through a single platform. Features may include text generation, image analysis, web search, file uploads, and project organization.
Synte AI provides a unified interface that connects to third-party AI model APIs including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Groq. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with any of these providers. Service availability may depend on third-party API uptime and usage policies.
The Services are offered for personal and informational use only and are not intended as a substitute for professional advice. We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any AI-generated response. Features and availability may change at any time without notice.
The Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time.
MINIMUM AGE
You must be at least 18 years old to access or use the Services. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will terminate their access and delete any associated data.
ACCOUNTS AND LOGINS
To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or provide false information.
SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT TERMS
Access to premium features requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize Polar (our payment processor and Merchant of Record) to charge your selected payment method at the applicable rate and frequency until you cancel.

- 7-Day Trial: $0.00 due today (automatically converts to the monthly plan unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends)
- Monthly Plan: $29.99, billed every 28 days
- Quarterly Plan: $49.99, billed every 84 days
- Half-Year Plan: $89.99, billed every 168 days
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Local currency equivalents and applicable taxes may be displayed at checkout. Prices may vary by region.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any price changes in advance. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new rate.
All purchases are final. Except as required by applicable law or as stated in our Refund Policy, we do not offer refunds for unused subscription periods or accidental purchases.
CANCELLATION
You may cancel your subscription at any time via our Cancellation Hub. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
After cancellation, you retain access to the Services until the end of your current paid period. No refunds are issued for the remaining time in a billing cycle, except where required by law.

EU CONSUMER RIGHTS
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of your initial purchase, provided you have not yet used the Services. By starting to use the Services immediately after purchase, you expressly request early performance and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal to the extent permitted under applicable EU consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under mandatory EU consumer protection law, including the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and any applicable national implementing legislation.
USE OF AI TECHNOLOGIES
The Services rely on third-party AI language models to generate responses based on your input. These systems are probabilistic and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated outputs. Responses are generated automatically without human review.
You acknowledge the inherent limitations of AI-generated content and assume full responsibility for how you use or interpret it. Do not rely on AI outputs for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions without independent verification.
USER OBLIGATIONS
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing, threatening, or obscene.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Services.
- Use automated scripts or bots to access or scrape the Services.
- Use the Services to train, develop, or improve competing AI systems without our written consent.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the integrity or performance of the Services.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services, including all software, algorithms, designs, trademarks, and content, are the exclusive property of Synte AI or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the Services or underlying technology.
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
AI-generated outputs are provided under a limited license for your personal or internal business use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize outputs beyond the scope of your license without our written consent.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SYNTE AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
These limitations do not apply to liability arising from our gross negligence or willful misconduct, or to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
Mandatory statutory warranties under applicable EU or Polish law are not excluded by this disclaimer.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Synte AI and its operators from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Services in violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law; or (c) your infringement of any third-party rights.
DATA PRIVACY
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable EU data protection law.
ACCOUNT DELETION
You may delete your account at any time via our account deletion page or by contacting us at support@synte.ai. Deletion is irreversible. We may retain certain data as required by law or for fraud prevention purposes.
FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, internet outages, or failures of third-party infrastructure. If such circumstances continue for more than 30 days, either party may terminate the affected Services.
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by applicable laws, including mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in your country of residence.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you reside. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as an EU consumer to bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence.
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute informally at support@synte.ai. If we cannot resolve a dispute, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
AMENDMENTS
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' notice via email or in-app notification before the changes take effect. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cancel your subscription and stop using the Services before the effective date.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Synte AI regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements relating to the same subject matter.
